The Heroes Building is a 1,700 sq. ft. City funded reconstruction of the 1312 Guadalupe Street building (circa 1912), located directly across the street from artist Jesse Trevino’s world famous Veladora mosaic artwork depicting the Virgen de Guadalupe. The Heroes Building anchors Plaza de Heroes, a small outdoor grassy courtyard with a performance stage rental area, and is next door to El Progreso Ballroom.
